1. I asked for, was offered and I accepted a full-time position at work
2. we got a nice little raise
3. my family is healthy and no one had a major melt-down
4. things are quieter here on the homefront

6. a house that keeps us sheltered

8. my faith
9. I was able to help honor my cousins last wishes
