black bean salad

This a a cool refreshing salad!

2 cans of black beans drained and rinsed
half a red onion chopped
one red and one green pepper ( and any other pepper you want!) chopped
a cup of frozen corn defrosted
1 garlic finely diced..to taste
1/4 cup EVOO ( for those who are not a Rachel Ray fan Extra Virgin olive oil)
4-6 TBL of red wine vinegar

mix all together and refrigerate until nice and cold.....
