duck eggs






yesterday Jenna and I went to a little farm and found some duck eggs..one dozen for $2.00. We decided to scramble them as our family ( not me of course) is not very adventerous when it comes to food. I boiled one for lunch. We decided that they are much more dense than chicken eggs....not so sure I like dthem because of the texture
I hear they are great to bake with.
